Normal meetings are the last Thursday of each month except in July, August, and December they are not held.

Exhibits
There are four art exhibits a year:
Mar–Apr at the Provo Covey Center for the Arts,
Jun–Jul at the Provo Riverside Country Club,
Sep–Oct at the Orem SCERA Center for the Arts, and
Nov–Dec at the Provo Library.
